abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell activator, particularly one capable of enhancing cell activity by adding it to a culture medium of cultured cells. A cell activator comprising dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) as a main component is achieved. This cell activator can be added to the medium and cultured. The final concentration of DMSP added to the medium is preferably 0.4 μg / ml or more, and is preferably added to the medium at least every 72 hours. [Selection] Figure 1
