titleOfInvention | Photoelectric conversion element |
abstract | Provided is a photoelectric conversion element in which a porous semiconductor electrode is sufficiently filled with an electrolyte, whereby excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency can be obtained. A photoelectric conversion element includes a porous semiconductor electrode layer having a photosensitizing compound and semiconductor nanocrystal particles and an electrolyte layer between a pair of electrodes and a counter electrode. In the conversion element, the porous semiconductor electrode layer 13 has an irregularly shaped void 13A and a streaky void 13B connected to the irregularly shaped void, and the electrolyte layer 14 is a solid electrolyte or a highly viscous electrolytic solution. It is characterized by comprising. [Selection] Figure 2 |
