PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte battery excellent in heavy load discharge characteristics. SOLUTION: A positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and a non-aqueous electrolyte are included, the negative electrode contains a Li-Al alloy, and the separator contains a resin having a wetness index of 30 to 45 mN / m. The non-aqueous electrolyte is a nitrile solvent and a solvent other than the nitrile solvent, and has a surface tension of 25 to 45 mN / m.
