titleOfInvention | Fucoxanthinol derivative having lipolytic action and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fucoxanthinol derivative having a weak side effect and having an excellent lipolytic action and a method for producing the same. A fucoxanthinol derivative having a lipolytic action is composed of fucoxanthinol, catechin, resveratrol, adenine and gluconic acid. The production method includes a step of adding lactic acid bacteria to red algae, green algae, brown algae, catechins and resveratrol and fermenting them. The obtained fucoxanthinol derivative is effective against metabolic syndrome and visceral fat because it promotes lipolysis and suppresses the increase in fat. Fucoxanthinol derivatives having a lipolytic action can be applied as food materials, cosmetics and obesity drugs. [Selection figure] None |
