【Task】 A makeup cosmetic that achieves a more moist feeling (moisturizing feeling) and smooth elongation when applied to the skin. To provide a makeup cosmetic that is less susceptible to damage such as surface peeling (drop impact resistance) and is excellent in filling moldability. [Solution] A solid powder cosmetic containing 3 to 35% by mass of polyethylene powder, 20 to 62% by mass of a powder component excluding the polyethylene powder, and 35 to 45% by mass of an oily component containing silicone oil.
