abstract The present invention provides a thermal aggregation inhibitor for suppressing keratin aggregation due to heat, and a thermal damage inhibitor for suppressing hair damage due to heat. A thermal aggregation inhibitor for keratin is a mixture of one or more selected from glycine, serine, aspartic acid, lysine, alanine, arginine, glucose, trehalose, and N-acetylglucosamine.
