A pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing tumor, comprising OK-432, IFN-α or IFN-γ and an HDAC inhibitor such as OBP-801 as active ingredients, OK-432, IFN-α or A pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing tumors for use in combination with an HDAC inhibitor such as OBP-801 containing IFN-γ as an active ingredient, and an OK containing an HDAC inhibitor such as OBP-801 as an active ingredient -432, IFN-α or IFN-γ for use in combination with a pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing a tumor, and a medicament for treating and preventing a tumor and a kit of the medicament are disclosed.
