titleOfInvention | Evaluation method of biotoxicity of chemical substances |
abstract | The detection of hepatotoxicity by hematological or pathological techniques is difficult to evaluate because of limited indices. Since gene expression changes in a living body due to changes in the external environment are sensitive, identifying a gene set for discriminating biotoxicity can be done before biotoxicity occurs and by pathological examination. It is possible to detect biotoxicity quickly and accurately before being demonstrated. The present invention provides a biotoxicity detection / prediction method using the new gene set, a kit thereof, a biotoxicity treatment method, and a biotoxicity candidate drug confirmation method.
