titleOfInvention Covered wire with terminal
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a coated electric wire with a terminal and a wire harness, which have excellent anticorrosion performance at a wire connecting portion between a conductor of an insulated wire and a terminal fitting. A conductor exposed portion is provided at an end portion of a covered electric wire 2 in which a conductor 3 is covered with a covering material 4, and a terminal fitting 5 is connected to the conductor 3 of the conductor exposed portion. The terminal-coated covered electric wire 1 whose contact portion 6 with the terminal fitting 4 is sealed with an anticorrosive agent 7, wherein the anticorrosive agent 7 is formed of an ultraviolet curable acrylic resin containing an organic peroxide. The organic peroxide having a 1-minute half-life temperature in the range of 100 to 135 ° C. was used. [Selection] Figure 1
