titleOfInvention | Liquid crystal alignment agent, liquid crystal alignment film, and liquid crystal display element |
abstract | A novel polymer composition capable of providing a liquid crystal alignment film for a lateral electric field drive type liquid crystal display element, which has high efficiency and orientation control ability, is excellent in voltage holding ratio and image sticking characteristics, and is obtained using the same. A liquid crystal alignment film for a horizontal electric field drive type liquid crystal display element is provided. (A) A photosensitive side chain polymer 1 that exhibits liquid crystallinity in a predetermined temperature range, (B) a diisocyanate compound, a tetracarboxylic acid derivative, and a diamine compound are subjected to a polymerization reaction, and then an imide The above-mentioned problems are solved by a polyurea polyimide produced by making it into a polymer composition and (C) a polymer composition containing an organic solvent.
