abstract |
Disclosed is an aqueous surface treating agent that can form a coating layer having excellent coatability and a uniform surface appearance. At least one aqueous film-forming component (A) selected from the group consisting of a surfactant (a), a hydrophilic polymer (b) and a silicone compound (c), and a polyvalent metal ion (B) ) To prepare an aqueous surface treating agent. The polyvalent metal ion (B) may be a divalent metal ion. The ratio of the polyvalent metal ion (B) may be about 0.01 to 50 mmol with respect to 1 g of the aqueous film-forming component (A). The aqueous surface treatment agent of the present invention may be an antifogging surface treatment agent containing a nonionic surfactant as an essential component.
