abstract |
To provide a refrigerating machine oil excellent in compatibility with a trifluoroethylene (HFO-1123) refrigerant, and a working fluid composition for a refrigerating machine containing the refrigerating machine oil. A base oil containing an ester of a fatty acid and a polyhydric alcohol in which the proportion of a branched fatty acid having 4 to 9 carbon atoms is 20 to 100 mol%, and 0.2 to 0.5 mass based on the total amount of the refrigerating machine oil. % Of a phenolic antioxidant and a refrigerating machine oil used with a trifluoroethylene refrigerant.
