abstract | To develop a method for efficiently producing a purified polyvinylamine containing almost no impurities by a simple operation. A N-vinylcarboxylic acid amide and a polyvinyl compound are copolymerized to obtain a cross-linked copolymer, and then the cross-linked copolymer is hydrolyzed to obtain a polyvinyl amine cross-linked copolymer. Can then be removed, followed by oxidative degradation to produce polyvinylamine. In the case of base hydrolysis, free polyvinylamine is obtained, and in the case of acid hydrolysis, salt-type polyvinylamine is obtained. [Selection figure] None |
