A magnetic measuring device 100 for measuring a magnetic field has a main chamber 14, a reservoir 16, a communication hole 15 for communicating the main chamber 14 and the reservoir 16, and an opening 18 provided in the reservoir 16. A gas cell 10 including a cell portion 12, a sealing portion 19 that seals the opening 18, an ampoule 20 disposed in the reservoir 16, and an alkali metal gas 13 filled in the main chamber 14 and the reservoir 16.
