abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board capable of reducing the possibility that an insulating substrate and a thin film layer formed on an upper surface of the insulating substrate are peeled off. A wiring board includes an insulating substrate having a thin film layer and a metal layer provided on the thin film layer, and an upper surface from the inside of the insulating substrate. And a wiring conductor 14 led out to the lower surface, and an electrode 15 provided on the lower surface of the insulating substrate 11 and connected to the wiring conductor 14. The metal layer 13 is thicker on the central side than on the outer peripheral side of the insulating substrate 11.
