A solution of a binder resin containing a resin A having a part that can take a crystal structure and a resin fine particle containing a resin B that has a part that can take a crystal structure at a specific temperature T0 (° C.). Mixing and preparing the toner composition, adjusting the temperature of the toner composition to a specific temperature T1 (° C.), suitable not to precipitate the resin A or dissolve the resin B at a constant temperature T1 (° C.) A method for producing a toner, comprising: a step of stably forming droplets by pressurizing and adding a poor solvent; and a step of discharging the organic solvent contained in the droplets from the container to obtain toner particles.
