SOLUTION: An acrylic rubber (A) having a glass transition temperature of −50 to −30 ° C., a liquid epoxy resin (B), a solid epoxy resin (C), and a solid phenol resin (D) are contained. The value of the ratio of the content (B) of the liquid epoxy resin to the content of the epoxy resin (C) and the solid phenol resin (D) is 0.4 to 0.8.
