titleOfInvention | Electrolytic solution composition for removing burrs and method for removing burrs |
abstract | When removing burrs generated on the surface of a conductive member in a molded product by energization, the burrs are efficiently damaged without damaging the resin molding part other than the burrs and with a very short energization time of, for example, 1 second. An electrolytic solution composition for removing burrs and a method for removing burrs using the same are provided. When a conductive member made of a thin metal plate and an insulating resin are integrally molded, a burr made of an insulating resin formed on the surface of the conductive member in the obtained molded product is molded. An electrolytic solution composition for removing burrs while being energized, including tetraethylammonium hydroxide and water, and with respect to 100% by weight of the total amount of the electrolytic solution composition for removing burrs, The blending ratio of tetraethylammonium hydroxide is set to a value within the range of 0.2 to 14% by weight, and the blending ratio of water is set to a value within the range of 30 to 99.8% by weight.
