abstract Provided are a driver and an electronic device that can output a data voltage with high accuracy in capacitive driving. A driver includes a capacitor driving circuit, a capacitor circuit, and a voltage driving circuit. The capacitor driving circuit 20 outputs the first to tenth capacitor driving voltages corresponding to the gradation data to the first to tenth capacitor driving nodes NDR1 to NDR10. The capacitor circuit 10 includes first to tenth capacitors C1 to C10 provided between the first to tenth capacitor driving nodes NDR1 to NDR10 and the data voltage output terminal TVQ. The voltage driving circuit 80 performs voltage driving for outputting a data voltage corresponding to grayscale data to the data voltage output terminal TVQ after the capacitor driving circuit 20 and the capacitor circuit 10 start capacitive driving for driving the electro-optical panel 200.
