abstract (A) A titanium oxide solid solution aqueous dispersion having tetragonal titanium oxide fine particles in which tin and manganese are solid solution and having a silicon oxide shell as a nucleus; (B) a polycarbonate-based or polyester-based urethane-modified vinyl polymer, (C) a hydrolysis condensate obtained by (co) hydrolysis / condensation of alkoxysilane or a partial hydrolysis condensate thereof, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) solvent, (F) Colloidal silica if necessary, (G) Contains a vinyl polymerizable compound other than (B) and (C), and the solid content of (B) is 1 to 100 parts of the total solid content of (A), (C) and (F). A silicone coating composition that is 30 parts. [Effect] According to the present invention, the surface of the organic resin base material is coated and cured without undercoating, so that interference fringes are not conspicuous, coating film foreign matter is not generated, and transparency and scratch resistance are obtained. It is possible to form a film having excellent long-term adhesion and having weather resistance and oxidation resistance. [Selection figure] None
