abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a black-coated steel sheet which is thin in comparison with a conventional pre-coated steel sheet, has excellent scratch resistance, and preferably has excellent corrosion resistance. A black steel layer having a Zn-Ni alloy plating layer formed on at least one surface of a steel plate and a blackening treatment layer covering the surface of the plating layer, and having a black coating film layer on the surface treatment layer. It is a coated steel plate, and the Zn—Ni alloy plating layer has cracks reaching from the plating layer surface layer to the ground iron, and the blackening treatment layer exists on the plating surface layer inside the cracks, so that it has excellent scratch resistance.
