titleOfInvention Cleaning medium, dry cleaning device, and dry cleaning method
abstract The present invention provides a cleaning medium that has a high cleaning effect and can be obtained at low cost with respect to an object to be cleaned, on which dirt is fixed and the surface has fine irregularities. As shown in FIG. 4A, a cleaning medium 5 has a hierarchical structure in which chitin 50, which is a fiber having a structure similar to cellulose, is entangled. Further, the layers are bonded by a binder 52 as an organic material layer containing a protein, and are laminated in the thickness direction (arrow t direction) as a whole. Also included in the layer is calcium carbonate crystals 54. While the cleaning medium 5 repeatedly collides with the object to be cleaned by the swirling airflow, a part 5a is peeled off in layers as shown in FIG. 4B. The chitin fiber 50 is exposed at the new edge of the part 5a of the separated cleaning medium. [Selection] Figure 4
