Provided is a near-infrared cut filter formed so that a laminate laminated on a glass substrate does not easily peel from the glass substrate. The near-infrared cut filter of the present invention is a near-infrared cut filter comprising a glass substrate, a base layer provided on the glass substrate, and a resin layer provided above the base layer. The underlayer is formed from a composition containing a silane coupling agent having an amino group, and the resin layer contains at least one of a polyimide resin and a polyamideimide resin. .
