abstract | There is provided a nozzle-anode unit which is used in a plating apparatus having an anode displacement mechanism and which can easily control the position of an anode during electroplating. A NAU including a plating solution ejection part (11a to 11d) and an insoluble anode (12) whose relative position to the plating solution ejection part (11a to 11d) is controlled is insoluble along a surface to be plated of a member to be plated (2). The NAU 20 includes anode curved portions 12A to 12C and an insoluble anode protruding portion 12D, and includes a plating solution ejection portion 21d to 21e and an insoluble anode 22 whose relative position with respect to the plating solution ejection portion 21d to 21e is controlled.
