titleOfInvention | Method for producing functional polymer coexisting resin fine particles and functional polymer coexisting resin fine particles |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing resin fine particles having an average particle diameter of 500 nm or less in which functional polymers are uniformly present, and functional polymer coexisting resin fine particles. A method for producing resin fine particles having an average particle diameter of 500 nm or less coexisting with a functional polymer, wherein a monomer mixed solution is prepared by dissolving or dispersing a functional polymer and a polymerization initiator in a monomer. And a step of preparing the suspension in which the droplets of the monomer mixture are dispersed in the aqueous medium by adding the monomer mixture to the aqueous medium in which the surfactant and the dispersant are dissolved, and stirring the mixture. And a step of polymerizing droplets of the monomer mixed solution, and the linear sodium sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate as the surfactant is adjusted to a concentration of 0.5 parts by weight or more with respect to 100 parts by weight of the monomer. A method for producing functional polymer coexisting resin fine particles using a dissolved aqueous medium. [Selection figure] None |
