abstract An oil-water separator capable of recovering a mixed liquid containing water and oil and reliably separating water and oil with a simple configuration at low cost. A fiber aggregate having water droplets formed into a liquid film by contacting with a mixed liquid in which water and oil are turbid and having oil repellency, and an oil / water separator having a hydrophilic oil repellency formed on the fiber aggregate.
