[PROBLEMS] Conventionally, there has been an attempt to obtain a prediction of the risk of developing a disease from biological information. However, practically, it is difficult to obtain continuous biological information, but it is difficult to obtain the biological information. The accuracy of predicting the onset risk change based on this will not increase. Provided is an onset risk predicting system capable of predicting the risk of developing diseases, particularly cerebrovascular diseases. SOLUTION: A small pulse wave information acquisition element is attached to a person to be measured and continuously acquired, and the risk of developing cerebrovascular disease is determined from fluctuations in blood pressure and pulse waveform based on the constantly acquired pulse wave information.
