A flow delivery article capable of supplying a smoker with a pulsed flow in which smoke pulses and air pulses alternate is provided. Flow control configured to provide at least one of smoke flow, air flow, flavored flow and mixed smoke / air / flavored flow while a flow delivery article is being aspirated.
