titleOfInvention | An improved system for producing recycled pulp from waste paper. |
abstract | Kind Code: A1 A method for reducing deterioration in appearance and off-flavor, such as multicolor spots, which occurs in white paperboard containing raw paper as a raw material and occurs after several months at room temperature, and is included in the raw paper used therefor Providing a method for effectively detecting foreign objects. SOLUTION: A method for producing recycled pulp or the like using waste paper as a raw material through a disaggregation treatment step, wherein a component derived from a foreign substance in a gas collected from the waste paper, the disaggregation treatment step, the recycled pulp or the paper making step is used. A method for producing recycled paper, comprising: a step of analyzing; and means for removing at least a part of waste paper, a disaggregation treatment process product, a recycled pulp or a papermaking process product when a component derived from a foreign substance is detected. The foreign material is any one selected from sublimation transfer paper, microorganisms, microorganism conversion products, foam sheets, and adhesive foreign materials. [Selection figure] None |
