The present invention provides an ultraviolet curable inkjet composition that can be suitably used for forming a pattern (printed portion) having excellent storage stability, glossiness, and abrasion resistance, and the ultraviolet curable inkjet composition. In addition, the present invention provides a metal powder used in the production of the recording medium, and a recorded matter having a pattern excellent in glossiness and abrasion resistance formed by using the ultraviolet curable ink jet composition. An ultraviolet curable inkjet composition of the present invention is ejected by an inkjet method, and includes a polymerizable compound and a metal powder.
