titleOfInvention PCR method and PCR kit
abstract Provided are a simple PCR method and a PCR kit with higher detection accuracy. In the PCR method of the present invention, a bulge structure is lost by forming a primer set including a first primer and a second primer, a template amplified by the primer set, and a double strand with the first primer. In addition, a sample containing a first probe that forms a bulge structure by dissociating from the double strand with the first primer and a bulge structure-binding molecule that emits a signal by binding to the bulge structure is subjected to a PCR reaction.
