abstract | To provide a tubular body excellent in stability of electric resistance. This is a tubular body 10 (endless belt 10) in which the area ratio occupied by the sea portion is larger by 3% or more and 15% or less in the range of up to 5 μm on each of the front surface side and the back surface side.
