abstract |
A molten salt electrolyte and a molten salt battery exhibit excellent cycle characteristics even in charge and discharge at high voltage. A molten salt electrolyte having alkali metal ion conductivity, wherein the molten salt electrolyte contains a boron compound and an ionic liquid, and the content of the ionic liquid contained in the molten salt electrolyte is 80% by mass.
