titleOfInvention | Method for producing fermented cosmetic and lactic acid bacteria strain |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cosmetic material obtained by subjecting a plant material to lactic acid fermentation, simplifying the production process and easily controlling the fermentation, and using a plant material by lactic acid fermentation, without using a preservative. Provided are a method for producing a cosmetic material having excellent storage stability, the cosmetic material itself, and a novel strain used for the production thereof. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of plant raw materials are immersed in an ethanol-sugar mixed aqueous solution, solids are removed to obtain a plant extract-extracted ethanol aqueous solution, and lactic acid bacteria having ethanol resistance are added to the plant extract-extracted ethanol aqueous solution, Fermentation is performed to obtain a fermentation broth containing 30 mM or more of lactic acid and having an ethanol concentration of 13 to 20% by volume and a pH of 4.5 or less. This fermentation broth is filtered to obtain a fermented skin lotion. As a lactic acid bacterium, it is desirable to use a new strain HL190 (NITE P-01810) belonging to Lactobacillus paracasei subspice paracasei. [Selection figure] None |
