titleOfInvention | Method for producing peeled tomato and system therefor |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a peeled tomato having an excellent appearance. The manufacturing method includes a cutting step (S10), a heating step (S20), a water washing step (S30), a dipping step (S40), and a container or bagging step (S50). First, the tomato 1 is cut. Next, the cut tomato 1A is heated. Next, the heated tomato 1A is washed with water, whereby the skin 2 of the tomato 1A is automatically peeled off. When a plurality of cut tomatoes 1A are washed with water at the same time, these tomatoes 1A come in contact with each other while migrating, thereby promoting peeling. [Selection] Figure 1 |
