titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of polarizing plastic lens for spectacles
abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a high-quality polarizing plastic lens for spectacles that ensures flexibility in assembling a mold and does not depend on the molding accuracy of a polarizing film. A method for producing a polarizing plastic lens for spectacles includes a plastic made of an ultraviolet curable resin or a thermosetting resin on at least one of a peripheral edge portion of an inner surface of a first lens mold 16 and a peripheral edge portion of a polarizing film. And a step of providing the member 20 having a raised shape, and contacting the inner surface of the first lens mold 16 and the polarizing film 14 by bringing the plastic member 20 into contact with the inner surface of the first lens mold 16 and the polarizing film 14. And fixing the polarizing film 14 to the inner surface of the first lens mold 16 by solidifying the plastic member 20 by irradiation of ultraviolet rays or heating with a predetermined interval between the first and second lenses 16. .
