An object of the present invention is to provide a polyolefin resin foam film and a laminated film that are excellent in heat insulation, strength and flame retardancy. A polyolefin resin foam film comprising a polyolefin resin (A), a thermal expansion microcapsule (B) and a halogen flame retardant (C), wherein the polyolefin resin (A) contains an elastomer.
