titleOfInvention Conductive paste for multilayer ceramic capacitor internal electrode, method for producing the same, and multilayer ceramic capacitor
abstract An object of the present invention is to prevent the occurrence of structural defects such as delamination in the binder removal step and the subsequent firing step, and to prevent changes in viscosity even when stored for a long period of time. A conductive paste suitable for forming an electrode is provided. A conductive paste containing a conductive powder, a vehicle, and a viscosity modifier made of petroleum hydrocarbon is selected from modified polyurethane, modified polyamide and ammonium phosphate as a thermal decomposition inhibitor. 0.1 parts by mass to 1 part by mass of a compound of at least seeds is added to 100 parts by mass of the conductive powder.
