Providing a polyester resin composition excellent in recyclability, which can be molded well even if it is used for blow molding again as an end material in molding. A resin composition comprising, as a main component, a polyester resin containing ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit and isophthalic acid as a copolymerization component in an amount of 2 to 20 mol%, and having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.7 to 1.4. The ratio of the extensional viscosity (ηe) to the shear viscosity (η) (ηe / η) at a shear rate at 300 ° C. of 500 s −1 is 4 to 10 and the carboxyl end group concentration is 30 equivalents / t or less.
