abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To produce a synthetic glove that uses a synthetic polymer that does not contain an allergen and has a high sensitivity so that the wearer can work comfortably with a small instrument and is sufficiently strong to be free from defects or spread. A composition for producing an elastomer film comprising a synthetic polymer, sulfur, and a metal oxide cross-linking agent. The total solid concentration in the composition is 5 to 20% by weight of the composition, and includes (i) a synthetic polymer and a metal oxide crosslinking agent, and the total solid concentration in the composition is 5% of the composition. Providing a composition that is -20% by weight; (ii) contacting the composition with a mold to form a layer of the composition on the mold; and (iii) further providing a layer of the composition on the mold. A multiple coating method for producing an elastomeric film comprising: contacting an amount of the composition to form an additional layer; (iv) drying the composition; and (v) curing the composition.
