abstract | Provided is a method for preparing a sap that can be suitably used as a medium suitable for culturing microorganisms using sap obtained from oil palm trunk and petiole as a raw material. The method for preparing a sap according to the present invention comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of a step of inactivating, separating, and removing a fermentation inhibitor of sap obtained from oil palm trunk and petiole. It has two or more kinds of processes. The sap is used to promote good fermentation by microorganisms and to enable highly efficient production of useful substances.
