titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for low temperature catalytic decomposition treatment of organic waste such as garbage
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste low-temperature catalytic decomposition treatment apparatus and decomposition treatment method for producing a carbonized material that can be used as organic mineral fertilizer from organic waste, but the production amount is very small. SOLUTION: Organic waste in a pyrolysis layer is introduced by introducing a gas accompanied by radiant heat and far infrared rays into the pyrolysis layer through a gas that is held in a device that is shut off from the outside air and secondarily burned from the lower side of the metal catalyst layer. Steamed for 24 hours, the decomposition gas generated from organic waste is attracted to the secondary combustion chamber and burned completely in the burner, the secondary combusted gas is attracted to the hot air device, and the metal catalyst is heated to generate radiant heat. A method and apparatus for low-temperature catalytic decomposition treatment of organic waste, characterized in that far-infrared light is generated and the waste is steamed and reduced in weight to obtain a carbonized material that can be used as an organic mineral fertilizer.
