SOLUTION: A polyolefin resin composition containing a polyolefin resin and an antifogging agent, wherein 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin composition includes the following component A and component B: component A / component B = 90/10 A polyolefin-based resin composition comprising 0.1 to 5.0 parts by mass of an antifogging agent having a blending ratio of 30/70% by mass. Component A: ester of a trihydric or higher polyhydric alcohol having an HLB value of 4.0 to 9.0 and a fatty acid.
