titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing cell culture device
abstract To provide a method for producing a cell culture instrument, in which uniform coating is possible without using more coating liquid than is necessary for coating the surface of cell culture, and it is not necessary to aspirate and remove excess coating liquid. Provided. In the first coating step, one solute selected from the group consisting of a protein, a polypeptide, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, polyethyleneimine, or a mixture thereof is used with water or ethanol as a solvent. The solution, or any one of water or ethanol is coated as a coating solution, and the second coating step is performed from the group consisting of protein, polypeptide, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, polyethyleneimine, or a mixture thereof. One selected solute is coated by a spin coating method using a solution using water or ethanol as a solvent as a coating solution. [Selection] Figure 1
