An electrostatic image developing toner is an electrostatic image developing toner comprising toner particles containing a binder resin and a colorant, wherein the toner particles comprise fine particles comprising a binder resin and a colorant. It is formed by agglomeration and fusion of fine particles, and the fine particles made of the binder resin are subjected to miniemulsion polymerization using an oil phase solution in which a crystalline polyester resin is dissolved in an ethylenically unsaturated monomer. The crystalline polyester resin is a urethane-modified crystalline polyester resin formed by bonding a crystalline polyester polymer segment and a urethane polymer segment. [Selection figure] None
