abstract The present invention provides a sizing agent-attached fiber bundle that is optimal for a composite material such as a random mat and satisfies the texture and convergence, and a method for producing the same. A sizing agent-attached fiber bundle having a sizing agent attached to a surface, the sizing agent containing an amine adduct, which is a reaction product of an epoxy compound and an amine compound, and polyurethane. Furthermore, the weight blending ratio of the amine adduct and polyurethane is preferably 1: 9 to 9: 1, and the sizing agent-attached fiber bundle is preferably a carbon fiber bundle. Alternatively, a method for producing a sizing agent-attached fiber bundle in which a treatment liquid containing an amine adduct, which is a reaction product of an epoxy compound and an amine compound, and a polyurethane emulsion is attached to the surface of a fiber bundle composed of reinforcing fibers and dried. And the processing liquid for reinforcing fibers containing the amine adduct which is the reaction material of an epoxy compound and an amine compound, and a polyurethane emulsion.
