titleOfInvention | Power storage device |
abstract | Provided is a novel electricity storage device in which an anion can be involved in an electrochemical reaction as a carrier on the negative electrode side. An electricity storage device of the present invention includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte solution. The positive electrode 22 occludes and releases one or more of lithium, sodium, and potassium. The negative electrode 23 contains one or more metals of magnesium, calcium, and cerium. The nonaqueous electrolytic solution 27 includes one or more cations of lithium, sodium, and potassium, a trifluoromethanesulfonate anion, and an organic solvent. Moreover, the negative electrode 23 is good also as that in which the film which electrochemically reacts with the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion is formed in the surface. The electricity storage device 20 may be a bidirectional battery that is involved in an electrochemical reaction as a carrier with a cation on the positive electrode side and an anion on the negative electrode side.
