abstract The present invention relates to a double-stranded oligo RNA specific for amphiregulin, which is a highly efficient expression inhibitor of amphiregulin that can be usefully used for prevention or treatment of respiratory diseases. The present invention also provides a hydrophilic or hydrophobic substance with a simple covalent bond or linker in order to improve the in vivo stability of the above-mentioned double-stranded oligo RNA specific to amphiregulin and the efficiency of cell transmission. -The structure of double-stranded oligo RNAs specific to amphiregulin by means of a mediated covalent bond and the nanoparticles made of them.
