Compositions and methods are provided for measurement of clotting parameters using very small volumes of blood. Advantageously, the methods described herein can be performed from a drop of blood (approximately 20 μL), generally to perform other measurements of an optionally multiplexed type. The methods and equipment described above do not require a skilled operator and can be performed at a point of service, which is an important feature for managing blood clotting diseases and their treatment. |
