titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing packaged fuel unit of hydrogen generator
abstract Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fuel unit package, a fuel unit including the package, and a hydrogen generator including one or more of the fuel units. The package includes forming an opening in a non-conductive substrate strip, forming a conductor section in the conductor strip, aligning the substrate and the conductor strip, and applying the conductor to cover the opening. A package strip is manufactured by bonding the section to the substrate strip and removing the non-bonded portion of the conductor strip. A package enclosing the hydrogen evolution reactant is formed by securing the segment of the package strip to itself, to one or more other segments, and / or to one or more other package components.
